# Refund & Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your item.

## Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
- Items must be returned in original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

## Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly provide a replacement or refund.

## Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Customized or personalized products

## Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
